InsureThat is based in Shrewsbury but is a rapidly expanding national company committed to providing affordable insurance cover for homes, home appliances, entertainment equipment and GAP insurance for vehicles.
We have been working with InsureThat as their digital partner to lead, design, implement and continually review their digital strategy.
Our role wasn't just focused on one area of digital marketing, but encompassed a multi-channel approach, using data insights to make strategic decisions and review activities regularly to guide the future strategy. We asked Jessica Lee, InsureThat Head of Operations, to tell you what our partnership has meant to the company:

A need to adapt
“We were fortunate to have won a tender with a large international manufacturer, which was incredibly exciting. However, as we are a much smaller firm in comparison, we had to be flexible and adaptable in the way we achieved our goals – utilising as many aspects of our team's different skill sets in striving to deliver to an international standard.
“As well as policy documents and bulletins, they produced internal training materials in the clients branding which were exceptionally well received and cascaded throughout the organisation.
“The deadlines were tight and Six Ticks were always able to ensure these were met without compromising on quality, selecting the right person and expertise. They were really responsive both in terms of communication and understanding our requirements.
A great delivery
“Six Ticks was able to translate a brief and not only supply what we expected but add to it in a meaningful way. As a result of our partnership with Six Ticks we were able to deliver on this project, take our business to the next level whilst not having to compromise on our integrity about the standards we set for the work we produce.

A well-oiled machine
InsureThat was a fairly well-oiled machine before our involvement in terms of processes, databases, back-end systems etc, however, the digital side had a lot of potential to be discovered - due to the direct line of business being predominantly referral from dealer networks as opposed to direct retail.
We have supported InsureThat with brand recognition, increased brand awareness, expanding on their PR and social media strategy via J&PR, and have a large project for customer journey mapping to ensure consistency throughout various customer touchpoints.
We've also supported the sales team to assist the acquisition of new customers, including a large international manufacturer - helping InsureThat continue its ongoing success story!
