This month we've been engrossed in the wonderful world of glass art, working hard to create a sleek new website design for Shrewsbury based family-run business The Glass Studio.

The Glass Studio has over 30 years of experience in creating beautiful artwork and opened its' first shop in 2015. Business continues to thrive as people fall in love with the original pieces on offer.
Reflections
When we first visited The Glass Studio we were blown away by the incredible pieces on offer. From bespoke wedding gifts, to contemporary kitchen splashbacks, the sleek designs were impressive. From that moment we knew that our mission would be to find a way to present the products online and create a stunning website development which do justice to the incredible pieces of art and interior.
Showcasing the Product
We know that every business is different and whenever we work on an affordable web design project for a client we pride ourselves on getting to know the business and understanding the key features and functions which will support their business and help the website to stand out from the crowd.
Imagery is key to creating beautiful, engaging websites, and in the case of The Glass Studio we realised we'd have an interesting challenge. Being the maker of glass art, all of the products were made of shiny, sometimes transparent, reflective glass.
How could we capture quality imagery and showcase the pieces on the website?
Once again Six Tick' favourite local organisation, Severn Business Network, was on hand to help us tackle the problem. Professional photographer Mark Anderson, a member of the successful business referral group was up for the challenge and offered to help. He visited The Glass Studio, based on Beeches lane in the heart of Shrewsbury, and captured some beautiful new images which captured the pieces, whilst delicately handing the shiny reflectiveness-ness!
