But the region is famous for its beautiful farmland and rolling hills and therefore it's no surprise that it is also hosts one of the UK's biggest and best farming festivals - the Shropshire County Agricultural Show!

Every year people will come from far-and-wide to visit the West Midlands Showground in Shrewsbury, and join in the farm-based fun. This year's event takes place on 26th May and it's going to be another moo-vellous event.

Back in the late nineteenth century when the first show took place, farmers and their families would have to rely on word of mouth to promote the show. Imagine that!

But it's 2018, and we are blessed with the magic of the internet! So the organisers decided it was time for a brand new website, and local Shropshire web designers Six Ticks (us!) were excited to get moo-ving on a great new site.

The new website is mobile friendly, easy-to-use, and will help the thousands of visitors to buy tickets and plan their visit.

The interactive events page will keep you posted on everything that's happening around site, including the programmes for the Main Stage, Main Ring, and Kids Zone.
